Bellevue Cosmetic Dentists Eliminate Gummy Smiles with Lasers
Top Cosmetic Dentists at Brookside Dental Bellevue WA use lasers to eliminate gummy smiles. No matter how straight, pearly white, and healthy your teeth are, your over-exposed gums may prevent your smile from exhibiting its true potential. That’s where the Odyssey soft-tissue laser is useful. Invented with the aim of improving a “gummy smile,” the laser reshapes gum lines with precision, less bleeding and very little discomfort when compared to other soft-tissue laser methods used in dentistry. Seattle and Bellevue Area Dentists attended a “Partners in Diversity” dinner and auction May 19, 2012, at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. In addition to dentists in attendance, many dental students and recent dentistry graduates of various ethnic backgrounds were in attendance. The purpose of this function was to generate money for scholarships awarded to School of Dentistry students of various ethnic backgrounds. The four key note speakers were Native-American dentistry graduates. New role models are providing hope for communities where minorities have been under represented. Partners in Diversity supports the enhancement of a diverse student body at the University of Washington Dentistry School. Bellevue Cosmetic Dentists noted that medical doctors advise that patients should resolve their tooth and gum issues before they start any cancer treatment. Medical doctors indicate that problematic dentistry conditions need to be managed initially because these problems have very limited management solutions after cancer treatment. Additionally, depending upon the dental treatment needed, such as tooth extraction, complication risks are so significant that not doing it prior to cancer treatment can lead to significant or serious difficulties after the fact.
